Customer service to online and interstate buyers is great. I really needed two of the same number, but only one was in stock online. When I called they were super helpful, managing to source the extra number I was after from the stockroom. They sent a lot of photos, and messages giving me heaps of confidence to buy. Would happily purchase from them again.

Absolutely beautiful product and service way beyond expectations. We ordered beautiful house numbers and through no fault of the Baysideluxe staff had a postage problem. Ineke was so helpful and understanding. We got our numbers and in time to give them as a wonderful Christmas gift.
Amazing products with service that over-delivers! I ordered the Alfred Park handles and so far everyone who sees my kitchen, they want to know where I got them. Recently I bought Rose Bay handles to fit for another project and not only are they elegant but the team was able to deliver them within very short time frame to ensure I received them before I needed to fly out of the country with the handles.
