After more than 40 years of using tobacco I have completely stopped thanks to Michelle. I have tried to quit many times but always went back to it. I am now tobacco free for more than a month. Michelle has given me all the tools I need to be successful. Keep an open mind and give it a chance. It certainly worked for me.

I had tried to quit smoking a few times over the years, but was never successful long term. I tried every single technique from patches to oral meds, to cold turkey. The process of quitting was so stressful and I struggled so much. Michelle was able to change my perspective. That was exactly what I needed. It wasn't about the nicotine addiction. Michelle was so helpful with my journey. I came in with the lack of boundaries, low confidence / self esteem, and constant overthinking. She helped me establish a better mindset and provided me with so much knowledge and actions that have given me a more clear centered self. I will continue to use her teachings and would highly recommend. Not to mention she is always very personable to every client and makes you feel welcomed.

Smoked for 60 years and tried stopping numerous times without success, until I went to Bayside Hypnosis. Amazing results!!! Cravings stopped immediately. I am a non smoker now.
