I had my sessions with Alison, she was great and made me feel very comfortable. And helped me put techniques into place to help me through trauma
I can’t begin to tell you how amazing Amanda has been!! She has helped me achieve a personal goal of quitting smoking with such ease and it was such a positive experience. Through her encouragement and expertise I haven’t had or felt like a cigarette since February. Her beautiful soothing voice is just so powerful and positive. I honestly could not recommend Amanda any higher. She has been a godsend for me for my health and such a positive change to my lifestyle.
