Rich Slade did a good job helping MedGenome Inc/Signios in our time of crisis with the transfer switch not working properly. He came on site during the weekends, even though not required to do so, and worked with us on how to navigate the crisis to ensure our operations were not affected (we could have lost power and millions of dollars worth of goods). We learned a lot about the transfer switch and how to resolve this moving forward. Trust Rich and Bayside for your generator needs!

I had been a customer of Bayside for many years. I have a generac generator and it was working fine, I scheduled an annual service and it has not worked right since the service. As a follow up they came and installed a new battery which did nothing. They would not come back to fix the problem until I paid the invoice for a battery that was not the issue. Very unhappy customer!
