Mike was awesome to rent a car from! Super friendly guy! The car wasn't anything special, but it drove really nice! I've bought firewood from him a couple times too!
We booked a car for 4 days while on vacation visiting our family. On the surface a well run business over the phone, but when we tried to cancel our rental due to a change in plans with family there seemed to be a “make it up as you go” cancellation policy. Hours were also posted on the gate but he wasn’t there because we “didn’t call first.” While I enjoy supporting small, locally owned businesses, I highly suggest getting paperwork emailed prior to pick up and make sure pick up/drop off plans are firm.
My husband and I rented a car from Mike at Bayside last minute. Mike bent over backwards to ensure we had a car for our trip. Competitive rates and nice clean cars. I look forward to renting a car from Bayside again!
