Amazing place with incredible staff, keep up the great work!
Where do I start. Was terminated by this facility no explanation to why. Then whilst I worked there they had a outbreak of Scabies. Was not told about this. No PPE was worn as nothing set up. Then when I asked management about the outbreak I was told there wasn't a outbreak. Sorry to say but my family ended up getting it. Then to find out the facility manager got the sack.
Where do I start. Today I had gone into work and then given a letter that i had been terminated effectively. I was in shock and in disbelief. I was not provided any reason to why. I came to Bayside 4 months ago from the west side and resigned from the other job. This has really effected me to think that the care staff and residents family would complain about me. The whole team at Bayside are always sweet caring and kind. My mother has been a resident there for 2 years and always has been treated with great care and respect. The team always go out of their way to make residents as comfortable as possible, they have excellent communication and nothing is a big ask.
