After several years with Bayshore, our AHS support advised we can schedule other companies to provide homecare. Bayshore's nurses basically run in and out, not providing any care, then bill the Government for hours not serviced. I am in the process of sourcing other homecare companies with much better reputations. If you're already with Bayshore, I'm speaking to the choir. I find the care personnel friendly but the scheduling people couldn't run a horse shoe tournament. Once you get with someone you like dealing with, they change.

We would like to say thank you to everyone at Bayshore who helped us through the challenging time of my mother being diagnosed with cancer. Wendy was amazing, Diana was professional and Chelsea kept us at ease. Thanks to JP for his support. Naomi and the rest of the team made it easier to navigate these troubled waters. My mother passed with love, caring and dignity. Our hearts are broken but you lifted us up.

WARNING: do not allow Bay Shore to look after you or anybody needing ""CARE"": - huge (2-year old) infected wound on her leg, and they merely dressed it, rather than sending her to hospital. unresponsive for her LAST 5 visits (prior to her death), and hospital/doctor was never informed!!! - the staff does not care about the person that needs their service---all that visited my mother and father spent a maximum of15-minutes/visit!! Some even scolded my mother for having a dirty home. - seems like they are paid per visit (aka ... read more
