They never show up, and weekends are a nightmare. When I try to call them, they never answer. It’s a mistake to leave your parents or grandparents in their care; it’s the worst company imaginable.

After several years with Bayshore, our AHS support advised we can schedule other companies to provide homecare. Bayshore's nurses basically run in and out, not providing any care, then bill the Government for hours not serviced. I am in the process of sourcing other homecare companies with much better reputations. If you're already with Bayshore, I'm speaking to the choir. You're already aware they do nada outside of the 'healthcare plan', are late for every appointment, and are impossible to reach. I feel bad for the senior... read more

My time with this company was unfortunately one of the most challenging experiences in my career. They have 3 months of training but within 3 weeks they decided to let me go.Communication was poor, support from management was lacking expectations were often unrealistic, having personal comments on how you looked. I find the care personnel friendly but the scheduling people couldn't run a horse shoe tournament. Once you get with someone you like dealing with, they change.
