This facility is so unorganized it is a disgrace to our health system. The office staff is always unreachable. You can email them and still do not get a response. Should you need to cancel a home visit and no one replies to you, they then turn around and contact you, ripping you a new face as you didn't contact them to cancel, sorry but I tried. They never show up, and weekends are a nightmare. When I try to call them, they never answer. It’s a mistake to leave your parents or grandparents in their care; it’s the worst company imaginable.
