I recently had the need for in home health care which was supplied by Bayshore Home Health - in short they were over the top and deserve a lot more than 5 stars. Alla the nurse who attended was fantastic in both her skills and mannerism. Without going into details my opinion is that the service offered by the whole team was phenomenal.

Most staff is very caring , drawback is nurse practitioner or doctor visit is very rare . They do not meet patients .Food is worst and unfit to eat and enjoy.

My husband had a procedure done at the hospital and we were called by Bayshore that day saying we should come there the next day for continued care and check in. Firstly, the clinic location in Maple was so dirty I couldn't believe they would even take care of any patients! However, the nurse there gave us nothing but attitude, spoke over me and refused to listen and was the most unprofessional, rudest person ever! Bayshore was indeed a welcome experience after my surgery. I had complications following the procedure and needed extended care. The nurse and PSW’s provided compassionate medical support throughout the ordeal. The case manager checked in on me regularly and modified the care visits as needed. I highly recommend Bayshore as the finest and most dedicated home care organization in the province.
