Removed needle for my Portacath but missed an infection that delayed healing by two weeks. I forgot to ask the nurse because I had just had chemotherapy but also thought she would check and note issues because she’s a healthcare professional and I am not.

Jessica the appointment coordinator is extremely rude and not understanding, This is incredibly frustrating and impractical. Requiring elderly patients to confirm PSW visits by phone ignores the very reasons they need help, as many can’t reliably answer. Adding to the issue, constantly sending new PSWs forces families to train them daily, disrupting care and wasting time. This lack of consistency and common sense undermines both the patient’s well-being and the purpose of professional support.

Terrible experience, I was late 10 minutes and the nurse rudely and in aggagressive tone she said you late 10 minutes. I asked her to give me the schdule for next few days and again she was so rude. After connecting the medication to my IV , she left the room and only saw her face again after 40 minutes to come and disconnect the medications, she was supposed to take my blood pressure measurment and she never did. Received a call to cancel my appointment 45 minutes before because “the nurse called in sick”. Person on the phone was not helpful at all. The hours at this clinic are awful.
