My mom gets care services they are scheduled 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour at night and I have security cameras in my apartment and they are time thefting don’t trust this company il be sending a email today about these issues.
We have had almost nothing but poor experiences with the nurses and staff from this company. Our only positive experience was with a supervisor . the nurses are never coordinated or communicate with each other about the needs of a client or even if an issue was the day before. My son has an infection post surgery and couldn’t even get a hold of nurses during an emergency. You will be endlessly on hold. There are a handful of good PSW’s at Bayshore but the management is horrible. They send PSW’s you specifically ask not to come, they never get back to your calls, you have to keep calling and insisting until they get something done, and they frequently make many mistakes. To make matters worse, there has been multiple times where my bed ridden mother has had bruises on her arms from how forceful some PSW’s have been with her.
