My mom and dad are grateful for the care they are receiving from BayShore. Big shout out to some great caregivers, including Sherwin, Jo, Eva, Jaspreet, and on and on. We are grateful for the fabulous app that lets us know who is visiting and when. I cannot tell you how appreciative we are

I love the Bayshore nurses, they are caring and gentle, they are also very kind. I had a fabulous experience with the Bayshore nurses.

This company is hired by customers of Ontario Health at home to provide CARE AND HELP ELDERLY people whose disabilities or circumstances do not allow them to take care of themselves. However, the coordinators lack a lot of common sense when PSW are scheduled. Few PSW workers mind arriving on time and doing a proper job. No matter how much you bring issues to the coordinators, the message is to put a barrier so you end up not using their services. Their excuse is that they dont have people. I had a really great experience at this clinic and wanted to sincerely thank the nurses and staff for their excellent care. From the first visit to my final check-up, they were professional, kind, and very attentive. They explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable during treatment, and handled everything with great skill and patience. Thanks to them, my recovery went smoothly and much faster than I expected. I truly appreciate their dedication and compassion. Highly recommended
