My father had a nurse come out yesterday and as a result of her actions was taken to hospital by ambulance this morning. Do not use this company. The nurses either do not show up and have to be called over and over or when they do show their knowledge is lacking. This place is a liability waiting to happen.
My mother was having hydration therapy through I.V bags and the nurse was to come and hook her up and take her off. I ended up doing that as an untrained civilian and we would only see her once a week. I wasnt ok with that but did it and did it well untill my mother had a pick line put in and I was no longer comfortable with connecting and disconnecting the hydration bags. Bay shore is real poor I got autism my mom is nor well I so sick of them saying I must stay out of my moms room when they do my moms foot its my house I will watch if I need to and I im in bad shape over them they don't put cream on my moms foot they bin told to and I'm crying alot my mom don't need going to hospital over this I im just sick of them amsdder what I'm just breaking down
