The phone operator I originally called was helpful and kind, however, they told me we could set some homecare services for my mother rather quickly. They gave me a consultation time, and the follow up co ordinater was quick to call back. I was told they would consult with their co ordinator and they would follow up with me, the day before the consultation. No one showed up the day of the consultation. I had the pleasure of discussing homecare services with one of the company's staff. She was professional and very knowledgeable about the services available throughout the company. I didn't know they provided meal preparation and housekeeping as well! She was also able to discuss my family members condition and explain some of the questions we had. I am happy I didn't end up needing the services but I would definitely use them in the future.

Bayshore Home Health has been absolutely indispensable in my mother's care. The staff has been so caring and helpful especially during the pandemic when Mom's Assisted Living building was closed to families and I relied heavily on them for my mother's care. I cannot thank them enough.
