Was hired approximately 6 months ago. No work opportunities,bare minimum communication. Then sending me an email asking if I'd like to keep working with Bayshore? What work!!!!!!!!!

Useless company, absolutely incompetent. Mishandling information, failure to communicate dropped shifts, bad scheduling, constant promises to do better but never any actual doing better. We have some incredible nurses and it's too bad they're so mismanaged by this trash company. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.... We don't, so all I can do is warn others.

The phone operator I originally called was helpful and kind, however, they told me we could set some homecare services for my mother rather quickly. They gave me a consultation time, and the follow up co ordinater was quick to call back. I was told they would consult with their co ordinator and they would follow up with me, the day before the consultation. No one showed up the day of the consultation. I had the pleasure of discussing homecare services with one of the company's staff. She was professional and very knowledgeable about the services available throughout the company. I didn't know they provided meal preparation and housekeeping as well! She was also able to discuss my family members condition and explain some of the questions we had. I am happy I didn't end up needing the services but I would definitely use them in the future.
