Most staff can not speak English and don’t want to work. My mother was put in harms way by incompetent workers and high turnover in staff. Office admin did not listen or care about my mother’s needs. Bayshore’s priority is NOT the client.
I have been a client of Bayshore for more than 3 years. I have found to find beautiful people to work for me as well as the staff at the office. I never, ever had an issue getting things done or change or upgrade it. They have had very good people working for them. With great experience to follow? There's nothing I can say bad about this company. I will give them 10 stars. And I would also recommend them to anyone who's looking for personal care attendant. The worst location of all time.
Great home health care agency that I would highly recommend. It has been a great support for my senior father and the whole family to hire a caregiver from Bayshore. They have highly trained staff, and the caregivers are caring and compassionate.
