Very happy with my experience at Bayshore. I unexpectedly needed some home care after surgery. They were very quick to respond, made the paperwork process simple, and were able to send someone the very next day. The person they sent was lovely - willing to help with anything, quick worker, good initiative and personable. Highly recommended.

I had a terrible experience with this company and would never recommend them to anyone. My husband had come home from hospital after a one month hospitalization and I was scheduled to be out of town for 4 days shortly after he got home. I arranged with them to have a Personal Care Worker come for 3-4 hours each day to help with household chores and some personal care. On the first day, they sent someone who left 30 min early. Nurse are helpful but they have the worst management team. Their manager even forgot my daughter's care team, no supply for the nurse to use eg: mask, gloves, data lot paper.
