This company hires no licence caregivers (lower salaries). 3-4 coordinators to take care of our account and they don’t communicate. Every time we asked different coordinators and they were not updated. We need to tell each one what had happened. The background of the coordinators always has babies playing or crying, very unprofessional. Their caregivers either fall asleep when on duty or playing with their phones. Recently I needed an escort home from hospital, from day surgery. I called Bayshore Home Health. They welcomed my phone call in a polite and professional manner, in a way that made me feel confident that they were people I would trust to take care of me. I spoke to several staff members who cross-referenced my information between themselves, arranged a Home Visit with a nurse ahead of time, stayed in contact with me through text and email prior to the surgery, and arranged for an escort to bring me home today. Very happy with my experience at Bayshore. I unexpectedly needed some home care after surgery. They were very quick to respond, made the paperwork process simple, and were able to send someone the very next day. The person they sent was lovely - willing to help with anything, quick worker, good initiative and personable. Highly recommended.

I had a terrible experience with this company and would never recommend them to anyone. My husband had come home from hospital after a one month hospitalization and I was scheduled to be out of town for 4 days shortly after he got home. I arranged with them to have a Personal Care Worker come for 3-4 hours each day to help with household chores and some personal care. On the first day, they sent someone who left 30 min early.
