Bayshore Kelowna deserves every bit of this 5 star review ! We received help in the home for some cleaning and organization. The staff were not only kind and compassionate to our situation , they were professional and skilled in what they do. They had wonderful things to say about working for Bayshore! I have used Bayshore twice in recent years (each for 3‑month periods) for cleaning support, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. During my first term, there were constant scheduling issues and very poor communication. If no staff member was available, the visit was still counted as completed, which meant I lost out on service. Most recently, I discovered that Bayshore is not using professional cleaners. Instead, Health Care Aides were sent, and each one told me upfront that cleaning is not their area of exp... read more

We all slow down. Get old. But it's hard to watch a loved one lose themselves. Sometimes they need help. Sometimes we need help. It's the way of the river of life. Bayshore is a life raft. At the very least it's a wonderful resource. I highly recommend the Kelowna office of Bayshore Home Health. Andrea and her team of caregivers are AMAZING! Recently, a family member was in the hospital and was released with only 24hrs notice. I called Bayshore in Kelowna late on a Friday in a panic needing someone to provide home healthcare services the next morning. Andrea called me back right away. She was calm and reassuring. Posting on behalf of my family member. We had the pleasure of having Bayshore come and assist my Mom. The caregivers were all so kind and attentive. It was great to have a consistent schedule and staffing! Made things so much easier for her. And just wanted to thank Andrea. She made us feel at ease during our consultation and was regularly involved making sure things were going well. Even if it was after hours ! If you are looking for the full package for home health - choose Bayshore.
