Ok so I didn’t yet leave hospital even though the liar from Ontario At Home Services told me she only set a tentative date for services to start and dates could be modified. Well yesterday I got like 5 calls. But I didn’t pick up 3 calls because I wasn’t near my phone so they immediately called my daughter. Just astonishingly bad. Poor scheduling. Untrained PSWs. No GPA training (the person who trains them can't read an r/x bottle or understand basic physio drawings with instructions) and they tell me Bayshore has nothing called U-First training which is prominently displayed on their web site. Respite is useless as you never know if it when they might come. They can not be trusted with any sort of dementia. The feild staff are lovely! However, management just seems to want to get paided and doesn’t seem to take issue or concerns seriously

My mom is over 90 and the Bayshore workers are coming in to her home without masks on. They say they dont need them and working on her at close quarters. do you think this is safe????????????
