Over priced - not a realistic long term option. No staff pool to choose from. Focus on client care is decent but many staff do not have initiative to do other tasks and agency does not care. Not reliable or stable enough for my needs - I got tired of training new faces. Too many bad forms and reports for staff to complete onsite.

Bayshore is a great company to be employed with. I have worked here for just over two years and the management are very flexible with schedules. Balancing school and work is easy with this company. All of the clients are awesome and friendly as well as co workers. The hours are reasonable as I rarely work night shifts. They also provide ongoing training as needed. Would highly recommend Bayshore for ether employment or care.

I cannot say enough good about our experience with Bayshore. The manager responded in our time of crisis and was able to provide the help we needed. But more importantly the caregivers have been of the highest caliber; kind, knowledgeable and skilled. This was our second experience with this company, first in 2018 and again now. Definitely our go-to for private caregivers in home and hospital. Thank you everyone!
