I want help. You won't give it to me. So I wouldn't recommend you to ANYONE.
PSW: am I at the right place? Me: where are you going? PSW: 73 street name. Me: which house? PSW: 2 Me: and what's the number at the corner of my driveway? PSW: 7 Me: so, not 2. So sick of this. Up to 6 wrong visits in 10 days at one point! They see 73, and stop at the first house, even though there are others in sight - nr 5 has 3 vehicles in her driveway today, plainly visible; nr 2 is visible in itself. Nr 3 is hidden when one enters 73, but it still does not say 3 at my drivway! So if they can't read a simple address, ho... read more
This company has no customer service. Most of the PSW are great hard working people. However, the organization itself is difficult to deal with unless you are a private client.
