I use this facility for swimming, in general staff are great and very friendly and helpfull. There is always on though, just one receptionist who seems to like to talk down to people and quit offensive in her attitude. For somebody who is customer facing she is most unsuitable. She seems not to like people, is she in the right job.
Have been members of this gym for many years and while the location is nice and in general the whole of the facility seems to be good, in the last few years we have noticed some of the issues with the way this place function. First, during covid times, the decision was made to shorten opening hours which has been sustained with an excuse that there was little interest to keep the gym opened between 15:00 and 16:00 on Saturdays/Sundays.
