Don’t waste your time or money with this lawn firm. I consulted for an out of state custody transfer, and all seemed fine at first. The problem may mostly be with the paralegal (only one). I was told they could not get certified copies of my court docs from another state, and was advised by Donna Bays to hire another attorney in that state to appear for me to get them (starting at $1000). Donna Bays was appointed parenting coordinator for me and my ex-wife to handle custody related disputes. The benefit of having a parenting coordinator is to have a faster response time and fair outcomes for the children involved. Neither of those things happened in my case. She refused to read any of the prior material related to our case, so explaining it to her repeatedly cost me extra money on top of her high rate.
