Hate that I had to choose 1 star. But I can see that I'm not alone in my feelings for this 'attorney'. When we received his 'trial disclosure' I thought I may have dropped some pages that may have included what he actually had prepared for the upcoming bench trial, but I was wrong, he actually had nothing but his resume and about 5 pages of cases where he referenced himself as an expert witness, and what turned out to be of nothing but tooting his own horn and justifying his fees. Just called Bays and I didn’t feel welcomed from the 1st words of “Hello”. The female that’s answering the calls for Bays has no people skills whatsoever. Ultimately we got to the point of them not taking my type of cases but the receptionist, assistant attorney whoever she is to him or for him is trash. Bays might be better to talk to but the low on the totem pole “phone answerer” is garbage. Gave me “Im not helping you” attitude from the beginning of the conversation.
