Res# 201102. Over the years I have had excellent service with Bayrunner including yesterday's (9/25/2024) 2:30 (BWI to Kent Island). However my original 9/11/2024 trip from KI to BWI was the worst trip I have ever taken with Bay Runner. We (~15 people) were jammed in like sardines with little or no AC and a snarly rude driver. Most of your drivers are excellent but this was such a poor experience I almost cancelled my return trip.
Estimates are off (30 minutes late to BWI) and crammed in like sardines. Uber was $4 more, should have taken it.
The BayRunner Shuttle was an excellent choice for getting my daughter from Baltimore back to UMES school. She was safe and secure and she felt safe and secure. That was very, very important. The Bayrunner staff knew where the vehicle was at all times. When I called the staff, they were happy to tell how my daughter was doing.
Don't recommend, our driver went below speed limit and constantly pushed gas pedal off and on which made me sick.
Awesome service! Very efficient. Great communication.
