I was a Chartway member for ~10 years, but their customer service has gone down the drain in recent years. It eventually got to the point where I closed my accounts and started looking elsewhere. Last month I opened an account with BayPort and so far it's been a night-and-day difference. The branch itself is larger and more modern, there's more people around to help me, and all the employees I've interacted with have been both friendly and competent at their jobs. Thank you for your help!
