The team at Bayport help me not only with my credit union membership, but they give me directions, and recommendations on places to eat, visit, and helpful advice for a new member of the community. Thank you Bayport!
They need to take down the sign at the parking lot entrance about the drive through teller. Or at least change it so it says ATM only. The people inside the branch are nice, and there's hardly ever a line there. I like that they're open later on Fridays so I don't have to take off work early.
Very helpful & friendly personnel always
This branch is a joke. If you need anything more than an ATM, don't bother going here. There used to be vacuum tubes in the drivethru. They deleted those, and replaced with more robust ATMs. I was just parked outside the drive-up teller's desk for over 30 minutes. I pressed the button. I knocked on the glass. The people inside ignored me. Terrible customer service.
They are so helpful. Very patient and thorough. I like the rates on the accounts and how your options for money management are explained to you. The hours of operation work well for all shifts. I'm happy to be a member for over 20 years and will never bother with a bank again.
