Financed a new car through dealership..Credit score of 830 and got loan with a high 7% interest rate. Paid car loan balance of 26,000.00 within 6 months. A month after paying off balance in full they still continued to draft my bank account for 500.00/ month payment and still have not received title.
Very arbitrary process of opening and closing accounts. Took over an hour to open a checking account and a few savings accounts for me and my kids. The app is extremely dated - all verifications require a phone call from a robot (no text option). Mobile check depositing was down the first few weeks we had the account.
