The women in this branch at BayPort on Hollander rd is absolutely amazing. I can not believe what went down in this bank today and I’m honestly lost for words in how to express my gratitude and appreciation for their service. They went far n beyond in helping me through this journey that I’m currently in. I would like to compliment this branch for the excellent service they provided to me for a loan, it was also a lesson on how to manage my financial business. I always get fantastic service there from the tellers to the managers-five star service!
No one ever talks about how good they’re experiences was but I need to, Crystal Gills and her team put so much energy and effort into resolving my situation that was ultimately out of their control. Would give these people a minus 5 stars if you'd would let me, customer service only good of your of a darker color.... rude, attitude filled tellers.... would recommend any other credit union in Virginia
