Update: Today the ATM took $61 and glitched and gave me $60 back. I know $1 shouldn't be a big deal but it's still MY money and it keeps screwing up. Not long ago, my fiance lost money to the ATM while making a bigger deposit. Luckily they fixed it immediately for her because she IS a Bayport member. But this is happening way too often. Langley member and always use this Bayport ATM to deposit my money because it's closer to my house. Today the atm took my money and glitched and only gave me $17 out of $47 back with no receipt. The workers inside said there is nothing they can do. Wow.
This branch is Top notch in all levels of professionalism.
Been a member since 1990. When I joined it was called Newport News Shipbuilding Employees Credit Union (NNSECU). Back in the day, salaried personnel had to have direct deposit, so I joined NNSECU. The customer service has always been excellent. At some point it became BayPort CU. I live in Suffolk and when they started opening branches on the south side, I was very pleased. Will be a lifetime member.
