Have had bayport for previous car loans through dealers and never had an issue. Paid my loan for one vehicle and got another vehicle loan for a private sale vehicle. The beginning process was incredibly easy and my lender was very helpful. However I am now a month in and STILL have not received my tags and cannot drive the car I am about to have to make a payment on. I have called MULTIPLE times with the same line of “someone from titling will email you”. No one has emailed me to follow up, provide title tracking or anything... read more
