WORST VALET EXPERIENCE EVER – Went to the Sundance Cinema. We used the valet parking becuase we were running late but figured no big deal. WRONG. When the movie got out it was total kaos out side and the wait was 1 HOUR to have your car returned to you. Totally unacceptable. What was I supposed to do leave in the middle of the movie to request the car be brought up?
