Unprofessional staff and rude service. The way customers are spoken to here is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back

Awful place the mustache guy was horrible
I’ve had a perfect history with them for 12 years but lately with the change of staff, I have ran into attitude from management over $1 charges for tickets (must have the original and not the latest paperwork they give you) but unaccountable for the damages made to my scooter in their possession for 2-3 weeks. Of course you can’t expect much from a “pawn shop” but even giving it to my neighbor, it should have been in the condition I gave it to them in.
