Needing to pawn something does not make anyone inferior or deserving of disrespect. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity, regardless of their circumstances. Unfortunately, the manager and staff at this location need significant improvement in professionalism and customer service. For a completely different experience, visit the Best store on Bissonnet and ask for the assistant manager. She is humble, respectful, and genuinely helpful.
Jayven was super helpful and experienced! Had a very easy experience with him and his coworker Karen. Will definitely be back!
Unprofessional staff and rude service. The way customers are spoken to here is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back
Very rude very rude the manager are selling fake shoes and doesn’t take accountability for the fake shoes that are being sold DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE
