I am so impressed by partnering with Lindsey. From her knowledge, the queuing and a unique approach to PT. Every time I walk away from our session, I have a smile on face and excited to try everything on my own and apply my learnings. I would highly encourage you to seek her out.
Karen is the best bar none. She literally healed me from sciatica that had “paralyzed” me with unbearable debilitating pain. She was patient, kind, empathetic, and very holistic in her approach to get all of my body working for me again especially because I had a history of chronic lower back pain before my sciatica episode. Since she healed me, I still work out 4-5 times daily, having learned how to handle my body. Thank you Karen!
Grateful to Karen Hodges for resolving my postpartum pelvic floor issues through a combination of treatments and advice. FYI that in addition to her Oakland office, she also sees patients in her San Francisco office (located in Lower Haight).
