Great quality and service
I purchased their 960-3 sofa and 1400-2 loveseat (see pic) from a local furniture store in Maryville, TN. Both of these pieces have large, 4" across on the bottom, round legs on them and a small round (~1/2" diameter) hard plastic piece nailed to the bottom middle of each leg. Three out of the 8 plastic pieces had broken off. Not sure if they came from Bayne this way or they were broken in transit from Bayne or during delivery.
