The move is stressful but your company and your employees made it simple and tried to keep me less stressed. Starting with Karen who started the process to Chris who came to my house to check out the move and to the wonderful crew sent to load and unload my furniture, etc. Lamont, Dex, and Bernard were great. Horrible company to use. They had a task to move our furniture to a storage pod on our driveway. They did over $3,000 in damages. They said they’d repair and their furniture repair employees damaged our LVP floors by dragging a dresser across the room. Denied they did it and left our home, once I reviewed our doorbell camera I caught them talking to each other about causing the damage. Great experience overall but one of the guys put a quarter size hole in my wall, they said I’d be contacted for a repair. Very friendly and very careful with all of our delicate items. Very professional aswell
