Jiaqing was amazing. Very knowledgeable and took the time to give me some stretches for where I’m tight. However the office needs some very important upgrades. Table would squeak under pressure and there is zero sound proofing in the rooms. Could hear everything going on outside the room. Aswell as not a very relaxing atmosphere. Fluorescent lights and pretty grungy rooms for the price. Front desk was friendly and inviting.

I have only been going to Bayly Physio and Rehab for a month and have seen significantly more progress than years of physiotherapy combined at multiple other places. I wish I had found it sooner. I have had the pleasure to meet Raji (physiotherapist) to treat my persistent back pain, body ache after twin pregnancy and she has done wonders to help me. The staff here are friendly and very knowledgeable. I want to specifically thank my physiotherapist, Rajalakshmi: she was fantastic. I came in with extreme shoulder pain from a muscle strain, but through her targeted therapy and progressive exercise plan, I am now completely pain-free. Thank you so much to the whole team!

My experience with physio at this clinic has been very positive. Raji is kind, considerate, and genuinely takes the time to understand my pain and concerns before creating a treatment plan and recommending pain-management methods. For months I was receiving the wrong information from other professionals, but since meeting Raji, I am finally starting to feel better and feel hopeful about my recovery. I truly appreciate the care and attention I am receiving at Bayly.
