The staff are wonderful and so dedicated to getting you back to 100%. This is my first time going to physical therapy and I’m so glad I chose to go here. They go above and beyond for their patients. Mary Sue is the sweetest and all the physical therapist here are amazing.
I want to start off by saying my review is about the billing. I was very pleased with the therapy and the therapist. I started in Jan ‘25 and after 5 visits, I saw my EOBs from insurance and realized I’d been charged literally double. So I ask about it and basically they say they are charging the “market rate” and I’m like but you are in network, we know exactly what I’m supposed to pay.
