I want to start off by saying my review is about the billing. I was very pleased with the therapy and the therapist. I started in Jan ‘25 and after 5 visits, I saw my EOBs from insurance and realized I’d been charged literally double. So I ask about it and basically they say they are charging the “market rate” and I’m like but you are in network, we know exactly what I’m supposed to pay. I had a wonder experience doing PT here. Abby is an excellent therapist very knowledgeable, caring and just an overall awesome person. She helped me get my chronic pain down to a manageable level that no other therapies or Dr. could help me with. I'm forever grateful. Also, Mary Sue is such a delight! She stays on top of anything you may need on the office side and handles business quickly. 10/10 highly recommend.
They gave my teen son the best possible experience after surgery. I'm so grateful they went beyond helping him restore strength and range of motion (both to 100%) to building confidence, speed, flexibility, and focusing on his future pursuits when choosing exercises. They focused on all of his needs, not just his injury site, and we highly recommend them!
