The personnel or physical therapists are very professional, friendly, thorough, kind, polite and they genuinely care and listen to the needs of the patients. The atmosphere in the open area is temperature controlled, pleasant and low key The music is accommodating and relaxing. If you are looking to find a place for therapy rehabilitation, I recommend BS&W in Red Oak, Texas. You are greeted with a smile from Vicki & Renee who will make sure all your insurance details are covered. They even know your name! I had knee replacement surgery and started going to BS&W for therapy. I was assigned to Caitlin as my therapist. What a luck of the draw. She is awesome!
