I was a little nervous about physical therapy because I was in so much pain due to a tendon injury, but Zaria, one of the physical therapists there was amazingly careful, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with the therapy to be done, and I felt like I was in good hands. The office staff was friendly and welcoming as well, and they were very accommodating in terms of appointment schedules. I would recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy.
My therapist Zaria Sanders, was outstanding! She took great care in trying not to cause me more pain. She was both friendly and knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The ladies behind the front desk were also friendly and efficient. They greeted you like a friend instead of a customer. I would strongly recommend BS&W Outpatient Therapy to everyone.
Alex truly listens to you and has almost automatically determined a course of action in my recovery. I truly appreciate Him
