Everything was fine until they allowed a student to perform hands on therapy. They did not know what they were doing. I said something but they continued letting the student work on me. I am not comfortable having a student do this type of therapy. That is not what I am paying for and I do none consent. Therefore I cancelled. No one tried to contact me or was concerned.
My therapist Rachel is the best. Knowledgeable and I am given exercises to practice at home.
I just recently started receiving PT services from Carylea and she is simply the best. She makes me feel so comfortable discussing my concerns and providing me with a wealth of information and exercises to help. I’m looking forward to working more with her to achieve goals that will benefit my overall health and improve my quality of life.
