My therapist Marilyn James has been great with all of my questions, and being a good communicator/advocate with the rest of my care team (surgeon, etc). When you have a mechanical surgery/injury its important to understand what physical limits to adhere to outside of the PT session, and she has really helped me navigate back to relatively 'normal' physical activities while steering me away from things I'm not ready for yet.
The man at the front desk was rude and harsh and made me cry in the lobby. I went once and never went back again, but they constantly pester me with emails with no way to unsubscribe. I actually had a second injury with a referral to go here, but I decided living with knee pain was less bad than having to deal with them again. That's how awful my experience was.
Travis has been attentive, focused, and personable. I have felt very connected to the process and the provider.
Got a quick appt and may therapist is wonderful. So kind and efficient. Sent me home with exercises to do and a plan that fits me. Highly recommend this location.
Let me put this simply: Travis listens to what you say and then formulates a plan that includes what you said.
