I’m a local first responder and sustained a knee injury on shift. Lauren was my therapist and whooped my butt in the best way. I go to the gym a lot and so she had me doing all kinds of stuff I’m not used to do and it was great. I have a neck surgery this week and will use her again as my PT. Highly recommend them!
