Baylor Scott & White Patient Irving location is always busy and getting anything done including getting medicine refills required a lot of back and forth. So we tried to move to Las Colinas location and we are already having a terrible start. As we were due for Annual physical exam, we scheduled our annual physical at Las Colinas location. Had very bad experience with BSW. They use faulty devices to do hearing test and then scare patients by telling you have hearing loss. There billing department says someone will call you back but no one calls back at all. There provider office doesn't help much. I am going to file complaint against the provider office. Medical city las colinas is better option than BSW
