Shocked by a staff member approaching my husband and disabled son after entering the store suggesting they should be careful they didn’t “snag” anything! Appalling behaviour considering there were children and people with backpacks in the store who could just as easily knocked over or broken something. Pretty things, ugly policy towards less able customers.
