I went inside to open a checking and savings account. The teller said it requires 3 forms of ID and a credit check. Wait, what? A credit check to deposit cash into a Credit Union?!? I've had bank accounts all over the country and there has never been a credit check requirement. Lastly, the credit check form she handed was the most unprofessional looking form I've ever received from a financial institution. I went down the street and started banking with a different institution in 20 minutes. No credit or sketchy looking form... read more
Very nice credit union with a lovely staff. Always good and friendly customer service. I highly recommend them.
My husband and I went to Baylands for our first time. Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. I would strongly recommend this Credit Union.

The worst! The workers are SO rude! They don't want to listen to you at all, and could care less about you. I will NEVER go here again
