Just adding to the trouble reviews. Replace this with something we actually need….
I bank with 3 different credit unions and they are online friendly! Meaning you can get stuff done over phone or online like with disputes. This bank wants you to drive to the branch and do everything in person whether you live close or not. Disappointing they have not advanced with the world. But I guess it’s bc they are based out West Point which is super small. Staff is just not helpful.
Had and account for years. Was able to get car loan paid off with good standing, all of a sudden I not eligible for anything. They are not family friendly or a institution that wants to serve their patrons. Wouldn't give me any advice as to how to move forward. I we t to a different credit union and was able to get a loan with no problem.
