Had and account for years. Was able to get car loan paid off with good standing, all of a sudden I not eligible for anything. They are not family friendly or a institution that wants to serve their patrons. Wouldn't give me any advice as to how to move forward. I we t to a different credit union and was able to get a loan with no problem.
Love this the bank. So glad I made the move from C&F in new Kent to here. Very polite and quick! I give it 10 Starr if Google wouldn’t let me
I’ve been banking with baylands for about 3 years now, the customer service is amazing! Very genuine people who care about your needs! Specifically Amy is always going out of her way to meet the needs of her customers and make them feel valued.
Worst bank ever. They don’t do as asked, they don’t listen whenever explaining things asked them multiple times to cancel automatic transactions that they created which I can’t cancel and just screw up a lot of things on top of that my cards continuously got hacked when banking here even when I never received the cards and it takes them forever to have the cards sent
