Baylands Credit Union is a great place to bank!! I have been a member for a long time and I always receive great service at every branch! My most recent visit was to the New Kent branch and I have to say it was so great!! The staff was so kind, helpful and welcoming. The best banking experience I’ve had in person! #LOVE MY CREDIT UNION
The people at this credit union are amazing! I return every payday because they are so helpful. Whatever the question they are willing to take the time to assist with an answer. Angus the young man teller is the 👌 BEST ever. Professional, respectful and most of all friendly, unlike the females that work there . They don't greet or smile BUT whe giving you eye contact have no problem rolling there eye . We find that very rude and un Professional.
