My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Victoria and Santiago of Bayfront Law, Hamilton. When purchasing and selling our home it was important that we had legal representation that made the transaction simple and approachable. The professionalism and quick responses to emails were helpful when we had questions. Victoria helped me navigate the newly introduced vacant unit taxes to ensure our close was a smooth as possible. Under contract - they didn't respond for 35 days!!! Don't put your home purchase at risk! Worst law office I have ever worked with. They are unprofessional and do not respond to messages. They missed key pieces of information when looking into the property taxes from the previous owner and have made my home ownership process way more difficult than it needed to be. I sold a house. I was told the price was $949 plus disbursements which were a flat rate. But when the bill came and the funds were deposited there were 2 extra charges that had not been disclosed.
