Had a flat tire riding into town for Harbor Day parade. They were very busy but they immediately fixed my tube due to my situation. Great customer service and “we can help you out” attitude! Thank you!
After an exhaustive search for E-bikes (and a reliable bike shop) we just purchased 3 Segway E-bikes and and a Saris bike rack from Bayfront Bike shop. This place is great. Period. Sean, Chuck and crew excel in customer service. It was an easy and comfortable decision doing business at Bayfront Bikes. We love our Segway's and have them mounted on the Minnie Winnie ready to go! Thank you Sean and Chuck !!

No trails in the area, just street riding..I rented the bike for one hour and was charged for half a day..not worth the trip or expense with all the other great bike riding in the Michigan area..
