Great place with very good staff
We moved my Mom into Bayfield House in July 2023. The facility is very comfortable and warm; and is filled with beautiful murals of Georgian Bay. The rooms are adequate and well appointed for their needs. The staff are quite friendly and really try hard to make the residents feel important and respected. The food gets an average to above grading from my Mom, they seem to try hard to find something she wants if the menu doesn’t suit her. Why are you paying your Housekeeping staff minimum wage??? You charge insane monthly rates for people to reside there, but you pay your staff TERRIBLE wages. Anywho is in this industry KNOWS how invaluable Housekeeping staff are. They go above and beyond for residents. This wage is terrible. Cooks? Minimum wage. Absolute greed.
