I had this issue before where I couldn’t unlock my card between 8 and 9 PM i’ve mentioned it to staff many many times more times than I can count. They always say they’re gonna escalate or do something or create a ticket but nothing is ever done and I’m never contacted tonight. I thought it was a PITA putting money INTO my 1 year CD but that was easy compared to closing the account. You can’t transfer the money out—you have to withdraw it. But you can’t withdraw ALL OF IT because they withhold $5. Or you can pay $20 for a wire transfer or wait 14 days for a check.
Banks good but the young girls behind the counters are little trolls. Never felt more out of place at a business because of workers.
