I cannot express my gratitude for Linda Branco and the staff at the Berkley Branch. Not only did they help us with our new business account, but they cheered us on at our town’s 4th of July event as we officially launched our brand new jewelry business! Linda is amazing!

Nice people but terrible banking system. I setup my account so my checkings only has what I need to pay my bills. The second you overdraft anything over 1 cent they’ll immediately hit you with an overdraft fee with No overdraft protection(which they charge $5) I left bank of America to avoid the long lines but if I ever over drafted they always gave me 24+ hours to add money into my account before they would hit me with a fee. This place? Not so much. All set with this bank.
