Wowwwww my appt was at 9:30. I came early like they said and I was out by 9:55. You talk about fast service. Anddd I had to get 2 things done. Mercedes looking like (Beyoncé) with her hair blowing greeted me with a big beautiful smile. She even gave me payment options if I wanted for my co-pay. Nice. She walked me over to imaging where Katie and Tyler did an E-ray of my hip. I will never go to BayCare again, and I strongly recommend that others do not waste their time here either. This facility is completely unprofessional. I had a scheduled appointment, yet I was completely forgotten about and left waiting as if my time didn’t matter. If a healthcare provider cannot manage something as basic as honoring appointments, how can they be trusted with patient care? I brought my five year old there for an appointment 9/9. We were put in the back room for vitals and was completely forgotten about (waited for over an hour for Dr.Cruz). After sitting for over an hour With no check-in, updates, and NO respect for our time, we left! While in the parking lot I called to speak to the clinic manager to explain the situation, hoping for some accountability. I have had labs done here a few times and Sherin and Lisa were so so wonderful!! The front staff is always quick and so kind and friendly. I have always been so nervous every time I have to come. Thank you so much for making me comfortable, calm and quick. Thank you for all you ladies do! I appreciate you!! You all make it a better experience when you don’t want to go.
Honestly If ZERO stars were a thing, this would get it. This place is so unprofessional, they don't answer their phone, they think the messaging portal works, but it doesn't, its absolute trash. I've been off a certain medication for 3 weeks now because someone in their office ran an insurance that I haven't had in 10+ years, which blows my mind, because if you are able to make a mistake like that, what others have you made.
