If I could give them a ZERO, I would. I went there for a UTI(even confirmed from the urine sample.) The doctor tells me that I need to go to the ER because I could possibly have internal bleeding. I tell her no that I just need antibiotics and it's just a UTI. She would not give me antibiotics and sent me on my way to the ER at St.Joseph. They did a pelvic CT and everything was perfectly normal except for a UTI. Later I get an over $3,000 bill for this...and yes...that is with insurance paying. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this clinic's billing practices. My husband and I both scheduled and attended our annual wellness visits, which should have been fully covered by insurance. However, I later received a surprise $240 bill because the doctor decided—without informing me—that my visit was not an annual check-up, but rather a "get-to-know-you" appointment. Meanwhile, my husband's visit was properly coded as a wellness check-up and fully covered, even though we scheduled the same type of appointmen... read more
Staci at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Nobody wants to go to Urgent Care when you're sick, but if you do, her personality and professionalism will make it the best experience. The whole staff was awesome and the facility was very clean.
