Everyone was great! Sharonda(not sure if I got name right) at check in was so nice and Becky (not sure her exact position-nurse?) was amazing! Great personality making us laugh during this distressing time. So friendly and worked with my mom so well. My mom cannot hear or speak! Unfortunately you don’t find people like these in healthcare anymore. We will be back to Bardmoor for any future issues!
Everyone was very pleasant and professional. They were prompt and I was very pleased with their care and kindness
This was a three appointment procedure - 10, 11 and 2. It was explained thoroughly to us before and after we arrived. The technician was EXCELLENT and very kind and compassionate.
The staff was caring and the wait time minimum to none. The technician was very mindful during the process (MRI) and communicative keeping my anxiety level down and my comfort level up
