Bayberry exceeded my expectations! The staff has been very personable and extremely helpful.
My dad was a patient there in 2018 when he was dying from lung cancer. They did not take very good care of him there. We told them he had issues swallowing and they never took a look at his throat. He almost died from a blood infection and told me it would have been 2 hours before an ambulance could get to him. I told the staff to get one there as soon as possible or I'd take him to the hospital myself and I don't drive. They were gonna let my dad die there if I hadn't intervened.
I checked my mom here and so far the majority of people are very nice. I stayed there as well three years ago and for me and wasn't so bad. I was there for two months, paralyzed from the waist down. During that time I did a lot of pt there and they got me walking again. The pt department was great. After that, I took over my therapy. They did all they could, and I'm appreciative of that.
Lots of staff an lots of students training. Everyone was so nice , helpful and kind. I am so HAPPY my loved one is in their care . Shout out to RN Jamie!!
The facility is beautiful I could not have asked for a better experience. Staff is kind and I would recommend
